Battlefield 3: End Game DLC details



The final DLC for the 2011 FPS Battlefield 3 has had some of it's details revealed on their website. The description straight from Battlefield.com reading:

Battlefield 3: End Game delivers some of the most high-speed warfare to date across four vast maps. Race through enemy lines using the new dirt bike, bringing speed and agility to the Battlefield, or fight back aerial assaults with new lightweight AA vehicles. Coordinate lightning fast attacks and defenses in the return of the classic Capture The Flag game mode. In the skies, the new dropship introduces the ability to turn the tide with rapid deployment air drops of troop transports.

So, four new maps, new vehicles, a return of the Capture the Flag game mode, and a new drop ship with vehicle dropping capabilities are all confirmed. There is no release date at this point, but it seems to be somewhere around the corner. I'm looking forward to the new dirtbike, and maybe another high speed vehicle aside from the AA.

Battlefield already has a slew of guns to choose from, and the addition of the crossbow in their Aftermath DLC, so it will be tough to incorporate more guns into this expansion, but I'm a sucker for unlocking new guns via the assignments. Hopefully we get something, anything really. I'll take a pistol at this point. What are you looking forward to if anything at all? Are you even still interested in the game?
